Filter Changes

It is essential that your filters are changed at regular intervals. At The Water Filter Co. we know that it is easy to forget when your filters are due to be changed. It is for this reason that your will receive a call from our customer liason manager to remind you when your filter change is due and to book a time and day, at your conveniance, to change the filters and service your system. The interval differs depending on whether you live here in Spain full time or just holiday here and whether you have an in-line system or Reverse Osmosis.

For the Standard and Deluxe Systems the recommended interval is every six months for residents and once a year for holiday home owners. The Reverse Osmosis System requires that the bottom three filters are changed each year with the top one being changed every other year. The membrane will last for five or six years between changes.
