Mirado Glass Curtains

I started Mirado Glass Curtains October 2007, the business idea came about through listening to clients whilst working as a glass curtain installer here in Spain.
I found that clients would be happy to recommend me as an individual for the quality and professionalism of my work but they were disappointed with the overall service they had received from the companies themselves.
Customers felt let down by feeble excuses, delays, badly designed jobs, hidden costs.
Having been a curtain wall installer in the UK for over 20 years and most notably leading a team of fitters on the HSBC Tower in Canary Wharf,The extension to the Tate Modern Gallery and Goldman and Sachs flagship building ,Fleet Street .London.I felt that by simplifying the process, offering a high quality personal service and removing the unnecessary costs I believed I could provide a much better service.
“How can you afford to be so competitively priced?"
I don't have expensive offices and showrooms to pay for. I don't have wages for directors, managers, sales teams and survey teams to find each month or fuel for a fleet of company vehicles, Unlike most of my competitors.
My business model is based on recommendations and referrals from satisfied customers.
Having fitted the majority of glass curtain systems on the market, I was in the privileged position of knowing the best product available so that is what I supply. I don't spend a fortune on marketing, newspaper articles, or taking up expensive floor space at exhibitions. Why? Well it is simple all those costs ultimately get added to your bill, and the best advert is recommendations..
