What are the benefits to getting Residencia and how do you go about getting it? Is it worth employing a laywer to get it for you? |

If you're here for more than 6 months then you are legally required to get the Certificate of Residence. It's not worth paying a lawyer for although there are plenty of non-legal people around who will do it for you for a fee. |

Ring 965713541 and ask the question......as I say, it is changing at the moment, but if you have residencia you are entitled to free buss passes and end of year bonuses and membership of certain Spanish facilities. The phone number is our Fiscal Reps office. He has been amazing to us for the past 8 years, helped with everything we have ever needed to do, re housing, car purchase, residencia etc. |
